Food Technology (Certificate)
The Food Technology graduate certificate program is ideal for professionals whose undergraduate education is in chemistry, microbiology, nutrition or engineering and would like to find employment in the food industry. The certificate also offers benefits for persons who have been working in the food industry but want to update their skill set with new knowledge on food technology. The Food Technology graduate certificate program admission requirements include a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, two semesters of college level chemistry, two semesters of college level biology including one course on anatomy and physiology, and one college level introductory nutrition course.
