BMB 502 - Introduction to Bioinformatics A multidisciplinary study of fundamental biological questions through the organization and analysis of increasingly large and complex data-sets. Topics include primary data repositories, data integration and curation, sequence analysis methods, functional annotation, high-lustering methods and modeling biological networks.
