The purpose of the graduate certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) is to increase and enhance the technical and management knowledge and skills of an individual working in industry with a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. General skills developed include advanced circuit applications, advanced software applications, and advanced power applications. These technical content areas include real-world, practical applications. Elective courses allow students to develop specialized skills in additional content areas related to the power industry and engineering project management. This certificate is also a path-way towards a Professional Science Master’s degree with a concentration in EET if students wish to continue their studies. Certificate program beginning Spring 2022.

An earned baccalaureate engineering, engineering technology, math, physics, or equivalent degree from an accredited program is required for admission.
