M.Ed.: The Master of Education in Instructional Technology is designed to help Pre K-12 educators and Technology Integration Specialists make the best and most effective use of existing and emerging technology. The 36-credit program includes courses in the Foundations of Education (3 credits); General Instructional Technology core (12 credits); and specialty electives in Educational Technology (9 credits). Foundation courses are intended to give students a comprehensive perspective of the changing field of Education, including the latest research, policy, political movements, trends and innovations. The electives allow students to pursue individual interests and/or those suggested by their employment situations.
